Eligibility Criteria |
Candidates must have passed class 12 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) as compulsory subjects. General category candidates must have a minimum of 75% aggregate in PCM, while SC/ST/OBC candidates must have a minimum of 65% aggregate in PCM. Candidates must be at least 17 years of age at the time of admission to the first year of the engineering program. They must have appeared for the JEE Main exam and secured a valid rank. |
Application Process |
Candidates can register online through the official JEE Main website. They need to create an account, fill out the application form, upload scanned copies of required documents, and pay the application fee. |
Selection Process |
A merit list is prepared based on the normalized scores of candidates across different sessions of the JEE Main exam. Eligible candidates are invited for counseling, where they can select their preferred institutions and programs based on their merit rank and availability. Seats are allotted to candidates through a centralized online seat allocation process. |
Admission |
Candidates are provisionally admitted to the selected institutions subject to verification of original documents and fulfillment of eligibility criteria. |
